Unstable WiFi
Weak water pressure
We made two separate bookings and asked them on the first day if we could keep the same room without checking out, and they said yes, but the hotel cards stopped working and we had to go to the reception and talk to them about it again.
Instead of a direct line to a person, the Customer Services button on the hotel phone brings you to a virtual assistant. Our hairdryer broke and we called to get a new one but it wouldn’t understand our request. It said staff had been notified but no one brought us a new hairdryer.
Good location right next to several subway stops
Clean, safe area
This hotel was changed the new owner and most of the rooms are renovated, amenities are simple but new. Very comfortable, good location in downtown, nice housekeeper. Hotel has No restaurants but because of prime location, we can go outside to eat very easily
avoid like the plague. if you accidentally end up here, you have to physically complain to management to get any kind of service recovery: their customer service approach is to pass off and ignore as much as possible. you have to take it upon yourself. i would just avoid.
